No read you wrong. rental income will be taken into account as Id be transfered after 12 months to ESA (IR) therefore my pension still disregarded but not my rental income.

Whats the limit per week on the rental income please any ideas?.

The Transitional Protection applies to ESA(CB) only, so just to be clear, if at some time you needed to claim ESA(IR), all of your income, pension AND rental will be taken into account.

ohh dear cant win anyway I turn.

Think Ill be living in a dustbin in 12 months time.

At least ill have the satisfaction of not voting for the present lot anymore.
