To be honest I filled my form in with great detail from this site and added alot of evidence. The person who examined me was okk and I thought I would of passed with flying colours. It is like I have somebody else form it says on my results that I only loose conscienceness once a month so I get nil points for that. Yet on my questionaire I ticked I had no pronblems with conciouness. I wish you look but I am very angry and frought with this situation.

Just to give you some encouragement!
At the medical I scored "0" points for both mental and physical sections, I had a support worker with me.
When the 84 page document was sent because I appealed the decision, there were statements of things I did not say or do! as my support worker said when she read the comments - "but you didn't do that!" but there it was on the report!
I was lucky to get help and representation from my local CAB,
I was on reduced rate of ESA whilst waiting for Tribunal hearing - 14th July -18th November, actually won my tribunal on 18th November, but it will be 28TH December for the corrected amount to be paid because of backlog.
The CAB REP. chose 3 descriptors at the middle rate of 6 points each to appeal against, and won these hence 18 points, more than the required 15 needed.
I know our instinks are to claim every point we think we are entitled to,and I would have loved to know what that would have been, but concentrate on the outcome of winning the appeal at your tribunal.
So my message is to persevere even though very stressful, and you can win!
