Sorry one more link please if you have it Gordon DMG Chapters 49 and 50 for guidance on how to calculate the
amount of a partner’s earnings???

Just to let you know the Decision Maker's Guides, (DMG) are openly available in the public domain.

You can simply "Google" them.
