Appeal opened, dwp ignorned it

Just been muddling through pile of letters, its seems I only filled in one ESA50 form. Sorry to be so vauge and confusing,I am getting a family members to make these posts on my behalf. This is the series of events;

18/1/12 recieved ESA50, returned before 20/2/12
24/2/12 put in WRAG
27/3/12 letter acknowledging myappeal, appeal dated 20/3/12
17/4/12 letter with appointment for medical, medical date 4/5/12
4/5/12 letter with rescheduled medical, attended this 19/5/12
9/7/12 0 points awarded, ruled not eligable for ESA
