new diagnosis

From the link that bro58 provided, it doesn't list a new diagnosis as a change of circumstances,
so I'd modify my original reply and say it's not necessary to let your JCP know.

Leaving it as it stands with DW//ATOS makes real sense.

My GP phoned me again today & is asking the rheumatologist for more information further to sorting out the next action to be considered. He said my email was a good prompt to make them look into further course of treatment/ action to be undertaken.
Despite my previous misgivings on my GP /Practise;, my MP's involvement with the surgery following a number of complaints by others & myself has seemed to have paid dividends as they are more ' pro active.!!!
