Can anyone advise me if I can get a copy of the report the interviewer completed, and if so how long should I wait to request it, and who would I contact.
Thank you.

You can request a copy of the medical report from Jobcentre Plus, but they always refuse to release it until the DWP have made a decision on the claim.
Alternatively, you could try submitting a Subject Access Request for the report. Although this can take 40 days I believe ESA decisions can take this long.
Good luck

The DWP usually don't release the medical report until a Decision has been made on your claim, but some members have been successful in requesting it before then.I have just accompanied my husband to his ESA Medical Interview (the interviewer was a physiotherapist, and was cold and dispassionate I'm sorry to say). Anyway, nothing more we can do at the moment except to wait for the outcome, which I usually takes between 2-3 weeks.

Hi J,
You can request The Medical Report, which because your hubby attended a "face to face" would be an ESA85.
You can not generally obtain this until a decision has been made by the DWP DM.
However, at least one of our members did obtain theirs' before they received a decision.
You can request this over the phone by ringing the benefits office that deals with hubby, this oral request should be backed up in writing though, again to the benefits office that deals with hubby.
Make sure that you put hubby's DOB, NINO, and Postcode on any written request.
It may also be best to request ALL documentation used in determining the award of ESA, (Or, if found "fit for work") see this thread :

You could make your written request official by using a SAR under the Data Protection Act 1998, see :
