Will they contact you by telephone or will they send a letter.
If they do contact you by phone is it a witheld number?
If they cannot get in touch via the phone will they send you a letter?
Regards.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If they fail to speak to you, I think they try three times, they will write to you with details of the appointment.

They will initially contact you by phone, as far as I am aware the number is not withheld. Will they contact you by telephone or will they send a letter.

Hi WD,
They "May" try to contact you by phone.
I'm not sure whether it is a witheld number.
If you miss the call, or do not wish to answer it, you will be contacted in writing.
You must be given 7 days notice of any face to face assessment appointment, unless you agree to attend at shorter notice.

Thanks for that Gordon.
You stated "I Think they will contact you three times", so your not 100% certain.
Regardless of the times they try they WILL send you a letter?
Regards

I have recently returned my ESA50 and they have received it.
Is it possible that they could look at the questionnaire and any evidence and return it to the DWP stating that I should be placed in the WRAG or Support Group?
Is this a known possibility?
