Do I contact ATOS? was created by bisley
Hi to All.
I returned my ESA50 form to ATOS and a copy to the DWP by recorded delivery 6 weeks ago. The Post Office track and trace shows it was delivered. I wish to find out what is happening. I wrote in my ESA form that due to mental health problems I wished to be contacted in writing and in my covering letter I also said that if I had to have a face to face medical assessment, I wished for it to be recorded. I believe that it is ATOS that I need to contact rather than the DWP. Should I now contact them by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. Yes, you need to contact ATOS, I would remind them in your email that you do not want to be contacted by phone.Hi to All.

When i wanted to find out what was happening with regards to my husbande ESA50 form, i was advised by DWP to contact ATOS as they would be dealing with his claim until the file goes to D/M.
If i were you i would contact ATOS and send copies to DWP so there is a paper trail if ATOS denies recieving correspondence from you!!!
Good Luck.
