Hi
I cannot find answer in FAQ.Could you please advise if support information(hospital /consultants letters etc.) can be sent with the ESA50 form.I have been given conflicting advice on this -have been told that this can only be done when appealing a decision but also told to send as much supporting evidence as possible from the start.This is for transfer from I.B. to E.S.A.

You are allowed to, and should, where possible send copies all the relevant medical evidence/reports/letters of support, that you have, or can obtain, with your ESA50.
