i was sent my esa migration letter 2 weeks ago and the phone call was taken my my mum who said that i was unable to talk to them over the phone. can anyone tell me how long will it be before the form arrives. im worried because i cant get supporting letter from mental health team until form arrives and soon it will be xmas and the mental health team will be closing. any advice will be great, cheers.

We usually expect the ESA50 form to arrive a couple of weeks after the phone call. If it does not arrive soon it would be worth phoning DWP to check that it has not got lost en route. We have had members who have had problems because they did not realise that the form had been sent out and the time for submission has passed.

Mine came with in the week, you'll know it as soon as it hits the mat. White envelope with black bold lettering declaring "This is not a circular!"
