ESA decision

The decision notice does not give any indication in terms of when I might be reviewed. Would you please advise me as to what forms/information I should request from the DWP so I can get an idea of what descriptors and points applied to me and/or whether the support group was met under regs 29/35 (substaintial risk).
I want to express my sincere thanks for the excellent guides on this site. I followed the advice on this site to the letter.

Congratulations on the award and thanks for your comments on the guides.
The prognosis in the ESA85 if you had an assessment or the ESA85A if you did not is usually used to set the re-assessment date, there may also be an ESA72 which should specifically state the date. Both of these can be requested over the phone from the DWP office that deals with your claim.

I rang DWP this morning as no date for reassessment on my letter and have been granted support group status for 36 months from 17th January---- I have requested a copy of the ATOS 'medical' report so we'll see how long that takes to arrive.
