The current schedule has fixed term awards being moved from October this year, so I think you should expect your renewal to be for PIP rather than DLA, I believe the intention is to send the forms out 20 weeks in advance of the renewal date.

Sorry I assumed "next November" meant this year, if it is November 2014 then that will be when you are moved to PIP.
