After more and more mistakes by Atos, Doctor refusing to go ahead with assessment etc my daughter had an assessment in December some 14 months after first making a claim for ESA. The result was that we received the news that she has been placed in the support group this is all thanks to the advice gained from B & W guides etc. Next week I have a meeting with the Minister regarding ongoing complaints outstanding against Atos and DWP, hopefully I will get somewhere with this because the DWP seem be be sticking up for Atos and saying they are doing nothing wrong when Atos with held 18 different documents from the Independent Tier. Anyone who has the same problems I would be grateful to receive feedback
