You should be able to track the envelope with the reference number on the Royal Mail web site
www.royalmail.com/track-trace
You contact ATOS on the following
Contact ATOS
Phone: 0800 2888 777 or 0113 230 9175
Email: customer-relations @ atoshealthcare.com (remove the space around the @)
The important thing to remember is that you have proof of posting, this should be sufficient to deal with any problems if your ESA50 is delayed.

hi there again just phoned atos and they said that it came in today bloody royal mail well was a waste of 1.70p not even second class but 3rd thanks for the atos phone number
From personal experience, and clients I've represented, I'd advise members to use Royal Mail's guaranteed next day delivery service which guarantees delivery before 1.00 pm and the signature can be tracked and traced.
It may be more expensive, but bearing in mind what's at stake I believe it's worth the extra cost.
