Thanks Gordon. Im just in the process of digesting all the changes and it does seem its much harder to qualify now but like you say I am assuming the worst....but hoping for the best.
I assume that every time an ESA 50 is submitted it will be seen by a different person so you are basically starting from scratch in that they probably will not know a thing about your illness which is why I thought I should just redo and update what I sent in last time in 2011,I think it was, as I really couldn't explain it any better.
I am however waiting for another appointment at the rheumatologist having missed the last one in september as I was just to ill to go and it will be after I have submitted the form and I have yet to inform the doctor there of the progression of my illness so intake it I should mention all that too ? Thanks

Every new ESA50 should be treated as if it is your first one, completed in detail and supported by any evidence that you have, even if you get the same DM reading it, it is extremely unlikely that they will remember what you wrote on your last form.

It is certainly worth mentioning any on-going treatment you are having. You can send any new reports or letters at any time before a new Decision on your claim is made, but if possible before you are assessed. Send a copy to ATOS at the same address as the ESA50, a copy to the DWP marked for the attention of the Decision Maker, and finally take a copy with you if you have a face to face and ask for it to be read and included in your file.
