Hi phrank, In no way am I criticising your sentiments, but I do believe I was sent a letter (maybe) 4 months prior to my award ending, reminding me that it was ending soon, and to phone up if I wanted to ‘renew’. I delayed phoning, but used the letter as a spur to start gathering info. Obviously I was fully aware when my award was ending and had been stressing a full 12 months before it was due to end…..
