I really want to say a big thanks, my review was in October 2024, and have heard nothing since
today and tried it online, there it was I have been awarded PIP for an indefinite period.
Thank You.

Did you create a new account, or could you have put your email address in wrong? I guess it has to be the email address that the DWP has on record for you, unless they have blocked access at the moment.

I just checked online and it states Department of Communities handles it in NI and as it is devolved, they have their own welfare legislation. Have you looked on their website?
I don't live in NI, so just having a quick glance online.

Just logged in to have a look for one family member. the proof of id was a bit of a faff but got there eventually. Happy to report that we were able to download copy of entitlement and request a postal copy too.
Just when it was going so well the system experienced an error and we couldn't access the site.
will try and check pip for those waiting for Appeal date. Wonder what info will be presented.

i found the wording on the online version says 'indefinite award'🙌🏼 , but the original award letter recvd after we reported cic in 2025 states for award is for an 'ongoing period' 😕
call me pedantic 😔, but i am slighly sus with the inconsistency in language , only bec i now legislation language is so rigid
what do you think ?

Hi Sum
Indefinite and ongoing have always existed and some people have had indefinite on their paper awards. It's the award letter that counts. Ongoing - 10 years.
