The DWP has taken the first, long overdue, step towards trying to discover how many people are missing out on DLA and AA. Anne McGuire, Parliamentary Under-Secretary at the DWP has announced that the Policy Studies Institute is conducting a feasibility study "to establish whether a methodology can be developed that will provide an accurate and robust estimate of the levels of take up of these benefits."
