The earnings limit for higher limit, supported and PCA exempt permitted work has been increased from £88.50 to £92.00 from October 1st 2008.

The lower limit remains at £20.
This follows an increase in the minimum wage which, from October 1st, stands at:

£5.73 per hour for workers aged 22 and over
£4.77 for workers aged 18-21 inclusive
£3.53 for workers above the compulsory school age and below 18 years of age.
