I have merged your latest post with your previous ones, it significantly reduces the workload for the Moderators if members posts all of their questions in one topic
Whilst there are similarities between PIP and DLA there are also considerable differences in the way that claimants are tested, it is unfortunately all to possible for someone to be entitled to DLA and not to PIP. The primary goal for PIP is to reduce the current disability budget by at least 20%.
