Hi lgm,

Once the Tribunals Service have accepted your appeal you should be able to revert back to ESA at the Assessment Rate.

hi,
update- jobcentre received appeal from tribunal and sent letter to confirm,also reinstated esa from the 9/7/15. went through m/r without claiming anything, also certificate sent for assessment rate
