hi, from the tribunal it was satisfied that by alternating between the two to avoid discomfort (standing and sitting), i could stay in one place,at a sedetary workplace for more than an hour. regards

I don't know if this helps, but the Descriptor makes no reference to the type of workplace that you might be asked to work in, only whether you can remain at a workstation..
