Hi N,
I am not aware of the current situation with ESA "backlogs" and ESA reassessment deferrals in NI.
As our other members on UK mainland have done, you need to ring the number on your most recent ESA letter and enquire what the expected date for your next ESA reassessment is.
Even if they state that it is November 2015, it could be deferred to a later date nearer the time.

Firstly, I would like to say that I am really pleased for all of you who have been told that your reassessment dates have moved.
Can anyone please confirm if they were told this by the call centre staff or from someone actually from DWP, as I would like to call for my husband who was due to be reassessed in July 2015, but hasn't received anything from DWP.
Regards
Radhika

Is it now likely, bearing in mind above dates that my, and other claimants in same boat, reassessment date has also been deferred?
Many thanks.

My ESA re-assessment is due next month after two years. I rang yesterday and w as told the date is the same, next month. I live in London.
Just wondering whether DWP/Maximus are deferring those with three year awards only.

Hi A,
No, it is definitely not for 3 year awards only !!
It will probably be dependent on the backlog in any particular area.
