Got my tribunal paper back today with results.
My previous award I got enhanced care but on review only got 3 points.
I went to tribunal have all my medical evidence and they refused my appeal. I still got the same 3 points.
What else can I do? Do I have a right to go to 2nd tier?
So hurt.

Another thing they kept asking me is can I open a tiny box of cereal! Which I can. She asked me many times. Plus when my family are at work it means I am on my own for 8 hours which might happen now and then. Does this information have any affect on the decision? It's help I need but sometimes don't get.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been unsuccessful.
You can only appeal further on the basis that there has been an Error of Law, the first step towards this is to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge. See
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
What is an Error of Law?
Even if you are able to pursue this claim further, an appeal to the Upper Tribunal will certainly take months and can even be as long as a year, so you should give some though to making a new claim for PIP, you can do this immediately, there is no waiting period.

I'm afraid I can't offer any reason why the box of cereal was important, it suggests dexterity and therefore has implications for some of the Activities, but that is just a guess.
PIP looks at the help you need, you don't need to be receiving it, but they will look at how you manage when their is no help available, so as an example; if you have said that you cannot perform an activity without assistance, but manage to do it or something similar when there is no help available this would have undermined your case.
