PIP Review, Absolutely Fuming!

I can say that about 18 months / 2 years ago I actually got a phone call from a guy who had just started working at the DWP and he had phoned me because he had listened back to a phone call with me talking to one of the other telephonists and he said he didn't think I'd understood what she was talking about. I hadn't but she'd just charged on with her spiel regardless. And he had to go through all the stuff with me again and then he sent me written information so that I could read it back. So there are some decent people ... well he possibly didn't last long.

At Last!

After telephoning after New Year and sending a 4 page letter complaining strongly about all the Errors made and Maladministration regarding My Husband's reassessment, I received a New Decision Letter today awarding My Husband Enhanced Care ( 29 points) and Enhanced Mobility up to November 2019 ( reassessment Nov 2018)

Just have to be prepared for 2018!

Just to finish this post off nicely' I received a letter today from the House of Commons!
My MP also complained to the DWP, re All the errors in the Decision Making Process, and He has forwarded Me The 3 page letter received back from The DWP, which aknowledges All the Errors and Mistakes made and an Apology for each one!, It also states that The Original Decision Maker will be Having Additional Training, so that Mistakes are not made in future!

Here's hoping that things have improved by November 2018 when I will have to go through it All again!
