If there has been an sustained improvement in her conditions then you are obliged to inform the DWP of the change, obviously you must decide whether this is the case or not.

We are aware of recent ESA reports being used to support a PIP award and to a lesser extent the reverse, but we have not seen a report being used to deny an award or to trigger a re-assessment.
