I rang and they said they would try and find it ,is there anyway the DWP can access this report online or is it lost forever. Thank you so much for all your help I am about to post my PIP 2 form this morning Annedw
Hi adw,
As advised by Gordon earlier on in this topic, DWP do have a policy of destroying certain documentation after 14 months.
You could re-contact the DWP Data Controller, or failing that, you could complain to : The ICO

You may need to wait until ATOS have received your file, this normally only takes a couple of days from when the DWP have your PIP2.
Contact ATOS for the address.

annedw wrote: Hi just a quick question how long after I have sent in my PIP2 form do you think I should wait before ringing to check on my claim .Is there an average time to receive a f2f appointment .Thank you annedw
Some members have received an appointment within days of returning their PIP2, for others it has been weeks or even longer. It can vary by region and even assessment office, there's really no way to pre-empt how long it will be.
