Am about to lodge an appeal and understand I have a month - does any additional evidence have to be lodged at the same time or can it be sent after?

Hi P,

You must submit your appeal within the month deadline, but you can safely submit fresh evidence to The Tribunal Service (TS) until around 7-10 days before the date of the hearing.
