Forgot to add, like many other people the person who did the assessment has twisted every word That was said and then made other elements up, it is a bag of lies! Apparently in my normal day, I drive, cook, clean, oh and I burn myself because I am clumsy! They certainly know how to destroy people.

I am definitely thinking of putting in a complaint against her, with my husband's assistance of course! Is there a timescale for this please?

Will keep you updated when I hear anything. Trying not to watch the post as it is too early, but not succeeding very well.

SB

There's no specific timescale for making a complaint.

Hi, sorry I have been looking over the forum to find an answer but in the end decided just to ask.

After applying for a mandatory reconsideration for esa, what approx timescale is it taking at the present time please?

It can vary hugely - anything between several weeks to around 3 months!

Rang DWP today to ask for copy of the PIP assessment report which they agreed to send, 30 mins later received text to say esa is being reviewed. Is this just another coincidence or do PIP and ESA teams work together? Thank you
