Hi Georgie,
I'm sorry to hear this! DWP usually manage to get this right - but when they get it wrong they get it spectacularly wrong!
Now that you have sent in the copy of the decision letter things shouldn't take too much longer (as long as DWP are not going to ask for a Statement of Reasons from the Tribunal Service).
If they still drag their heels, I suggest you get your MP involved

With reference to including info on ME / CFS to the appeal tribunal. I used the B & W guides on tribunal submissions and attached factsheets on my conditions to the submission. I supplied them at the end ad referred to them in the submission. The tribunals service had copied these back to me and have added it to the appeal bundle; all the info has been numbered. So this might be a way to add it.
