Don't forget that the DWP Decision Maker will have no medical knowledge. Don't assume that they will understand anything you say! You should make sure you explain everything in laymans terms, even if this means repeating yourself several times.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi - thanks for that, i don't think its lingering affects from the treatment, these were the latest Harvoni drugs and hardly had any side effects (unlike Interferon which was just horrible). I think it may be due to my Cirrhosis. There is a condition called Hepatic Encephalopathy, which has various side effects on the brain including: confusion, irritability, forgetfullness and insomnia, all of which i suffer from, i think the answer is to get my specialist Hep c doctor to test me for it.

thanks for the advice, from reading up on my symptoms, many Cirrhosis patients suffer from a condition called Hepatic Encephalopathy, which has various side effects on the brain including: confusion, irritability, forgetfullness and insomnia, all of which i suffer from, i think the answer is to get my specialist Hep c doctor to test me for it. I can then submit that to the DWP if/when i get reassessed.
