well it is causing hardship as i need the award to go ahead as quickly as possable as its a criteriea of the local council so then i can be moved to sheltered accomadation,
so i phoned and explained and they said a case manager will ring back within 24 hrs, am really not up to taking this phone cal due to my health and also i dont know what to expect or even if it is going to make any difference, is there anybody who has any knowlege or success at this procedure,
You can claim Hardship Payments with some benefits, but not PIP as far as I am award.
I'm afraid I can't offer any other insight in to what they might offer, the production of the SoR is not in their hands and there is nothing they can do to expedite the process.

I'm afraid there are no published statistics for this.
The number of members who report the DWP requesting a SoR is low and the number that then report the DWP appealing is even lower.
