pip trbunal success

am waiting for pip to receive there statement of reasons, in the letter it said if it is causing you hardship get in touch straight away, am receiving both lower rates of pip but i need the trbunal decision of enhanced rates to be actioned as i need this to quilify me to move to local council sheltered accomadation, are they likely to hurry things through , also am what is error in law they are trying to find and is it likely,very worrying times

At my tribunal last week I was awarded 16 points for daily living - up from 6 points - and enhanced mobility up from standard. I have also received a letter from DWP saying they've applied for a statement of reasons from HMCTS. I am due back pay for three months. In your experience do many of these find an error in law or is this just a delaying tactic by the DWP?

well it is causing hardship as i need the award to go ahead as quickly as possable as its a criteriea of the local council so then i can be moved to sheltered accomadation,
so i phoned and explained and they said a case manager will ring back within 24 hrs, am really not up to taking this phone cal due to my health and also i dont know what to expect or even if it is going to make any difference, is there anybody who has any knowlege or success at this procedure,
