I'm sorry that things are so very difficult for you and sincerely hope you get the award you deserve.

......although sites like B&W have lots of members who are having problems with their claims they actually only represent a small percentage of the total claims being made and the reality is that the majority of claims are carried out professionally and the claimant receives the award they deserve.

Very much worth bearing this in mind. It's like reviews online for products. You really only hear from the dissatisfied minority, rarely do the overwhelming majority of satisfied customers bother to post

Yes, it is human nature to make more noise when we are unhappy about something. That's why we get a disproportionate number of 'horror stories' on here.

That's true Gordon and thank you, question, its only been 7 days since we posted in the pip 2 with evidence, and we got our consultation in just 12 days from now, is that the norm, just seems a short time from our point of view for them to read through the 40 pieces of evidence and letters from GPs and stuff, were worried that hey just sent off for an appointment.

Mrs H here, Gordon is not in at the moment.

Yes, that is quick. I think the appointments are made by computer, it is known (although less common) for claimants to get a later letter saying that they don't need to attend after all. Presumably, this is after the form and supporting documents have actually been looked at properly.
