First i need to ask for a copy of the assessors report . By phone and letter?

Also submit a MR request ,by phone and letter ? i could argue some of the details from my refusal letter, on this request , should i do this, or wait until i get the full report back.. thanks

Yes, phone up for the report but I would make the MR request in writing.

The important thing is that your MR request is received by the DWP within one month of the Decision date, so if you have time to wait for the assessment report then do so, but if not send in the MR.

Hi phoned DWP to request MR , young man asked what particular issues did i have with the assessors feedback that came with refusal letter , told him that most of the report was made of assumptions and lies ,and gave him examples. He said that he would put the request forward , and said that if i wasnt happy with the outcome i must appeal.
Do you think i should send a written MR ,stating all the things that i oppose or just wait to hear from them .

The person you spoke to will pass on your MR request (hopefully!) but you will still have to show how and why you believe you have shown you meet the descriptors if you are hoping for the decision to be changed.

A certain number of requests made over the phone do get 'lost', this is why we suggest you follow up in writing.

Thank you for your reply, i have copied the MR template letter from this site, and added to the letter, the descriptors, where i think the assessor scored me low, and why i think i should have scored more.
However do i also add what points i think i should have scored or not. thank you
My consultant is writing a letter of support , do i wait and add this to my MR when it arrives

There should be no problem with you detailing what Descriptors you think that you meet, just make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for them as well.
