First i need to ask for a copy of the assessors report . By phone and letter?
Also submit a MR request ,by phone and letter ? i could argue some of the details from my refusal letter, on this request , should i do this, or wait until i get the full report back.. thanks
Yes, phone up for the report but I would make the MR request in writing.
The important thing is that your MR request is received by the DWP within one month of the Decision date, so if you have time to wait for the assessment report then do so, but if not send in the MR.

Do you think i should send a written MR ,stating all the things that i oppose or just wait to hear from them .

A certain number of requests made over the phone do get 'lost', this is why we suggest you follow up in writing.

There should be no problem with you detailing what Descriptors you think that you meet, just make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for them as well.
