I think Somerset probably comes under the Bristol office? Check your letter that came with the ESA 50. If it is Bristol then from Foxylady2 comment it appears that there are some delays. However yours may not be so delayed. Email Maximus for an update as others have found this helpful.

Hi Fran - I'm in East Devon (v close to Somerset) - but it is apparently being dealt with by their Bristol Office. They are good at replying to emails and perhaps could tell you where your claim is being dealt with. Its hard waiting ... Hope this helps
