I'm afraid there are still delays in the ESA assessment process from ATOS was responsible, my impression is that more areas are being affected. Providing there are no issues with your ESA stopping to the 365 day rule I'm afraid all you can is sit in the queue. Sorry.

You don't say which group you are in. If you are receiving ESA(CB) and are in the WRAG then your ESA(CB) payments are limited to 365 days.
If you are in the Support Group or already eligible for ESA(IR) then there is no problem.

Ihi ,
Sorry I was placed in the support group 3 years ago after changing from incapacity to ESA with no f2f , so I'm assuming until I get my decision from the September 2016 ESA50 questionaire I'm still in the support group as the letter I got last week was just the one they send every march detailing your payments . I haven't had a letter from them to say a decion has been made .Just the waiting on a date for f2f and I only know I'm getting a F2F because when I phoned the DWP for an update the lady said they wanted me to come in but couldn't tell me when it would be just that they would call . I asked my GP in Dec if they had written to him yet and he said no , could that be the hold up ? Cause I've heard they aren't asking for GP input .

Tracey]
Your current award remains in payment until a new Decision is made.
They could still write to your GP but this unlikely to happen, if it does at all, until your file reaches the top of the pile.
As an aside, as it has been so long you might want to create and maintain a document of any changes to your conditions that have occurred since you complete the ESA50, you can submit this once an appointment comes through or take it to the assessment.
