The HP report was full of obvious lies and said that I had told them things that I would never have said to anyone.The Assessment was also bordering on disability discrimination.I cannot say on a public forum as it is on going
The report was full of blatant lies which I have paper proof of.I asked them to review the decision which they did and awarded extra points .I then complained to ATOS and was more or less fobbed off saying the HP would receive some training ! But insisted I said those things.I will not be called a liar by ANYONE no matter who they are.So I took the complaint to the next level but 3 month later no response.I have my Tribunal coming up and was hoping to get a reply from ATOS before hand.
I can only assume there are that many complaints they are struggling to cope.

They are a law unto themselves. I try to console myself when I remember a good friend of mine (102 when she passed away), who once said to me - what goes around comes around. Hang in there x jojo
