So how could a person with agoraphobia successfully claim standard mobility pip without any physical mobility issues?
I thought the psychological stress grounds had been stopped for new claimants after March 16th?

As I explained in a previous post, claimants with mental health issues can still score 10 points for Descriptor (e) of the Going Out activity. See the PIP Claim guide for details.

You really need to read the guide, it explains the changes and how they affect claimants.
