Ok following on from my thread previous Gordon.

Gordon, this is what was said to her (my medical team had contacted Capita and Capita said that it was cancelled and they shouldn't have come to my house, the Manager at Capita did send the email to cancel the appointment ftf last week to the home visit team and the email to to cancel the appointments. My medical team have been told by Capita its on their system ) I don't know any more whats is going to happen? Can it still go wrong as they haven't even seen me i just think this whole sorry mess os a joke trying to deal everyday with this crap, i don't understand how on earth these fools can over ride fully qualified medial people is beyond me.

Now back to what I was asking above, basically do i stand to loose everything or do i stand more of a chance now the FTF is out the way i:e not having one.

Hey Gordon and guys just another further update! It's now been 6 weeks since the 28th September and that Capita person come to my house, when they shoulden't?I still have heard nothin from either Capita or DWP regarding PIP from DLA no letter communication nothing. As I stated a while back I did still get my DLA payment 4 weeks after Capita turned up, now due again in a week and a half time.

So this seems to me a long time sorting this out one way or another it's doing my head in constant headaches worrying of all this I just don't know where I stand I am not phoning them I can't deal with it I really thought I would have heard something by now. Even if they returned it to the DWP for non compliance even though I was told I wasen't supposed to have an assement.

To top it all we've got another MP taken over at the DWP again what next for us Poor I'll members of society. More changes.
