Thanks Gordon.
I must ask what papers do I ask for regarding decision from the DWP regarding as I want them for backup in the future? I've also still got ESA to go through tat some point too. But this will help a long way to keeping the roof over my head.
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

There should be an ESA85A assessment report.

Sorry, there will still be an assessment report, it's a PA3 for PIP.

Thanks for the above Gordon. I will look into asking for report PA3 for PIP.
Also I want to thank everyone for trying to help me through this saga?
Gordon and team I can now confirm I have been awarded my PIP and I have it in writing, I'm getting the enhanced rate for Daily and Mobility for an ongoing period and that was with out a FTF. My points for Daily living total was 22 and Mobility was 16
The relief of receiving this brownie today was the best news for years as it has been so stressful like it is for many in this situation.
I'am finally glad justice has been done. I wish you all the best in your fight against these people, I also want to thank Gordon and the rest of Benifits & Work also for all the information and a great site I will be still joining and supporting it too. All I have to do now is wait till my ESA is due but have some security will help me through it I can now concentrate on my illnesses that will never get better and have some head relief without to much worrying.
A Big Big Big Thank you to all
