You can communicate with Capita by email

Alternatively get your mental health team to ring them again.

I did state not interested in contacting Capita - them people they have told so many people lies etc and ive also read many about that on here where people email and they don't even reply, also my Medical team wrote to Capita as I said to you a while back before on my other thread which suddenly disappeared and they have had NO reply either. They are a-Holes end of.
When the end is the end for me everyone will know as I am writing and video documenting everything regarding this involvement and process with and about this Government? I will be telling my story around this whole ridiculous affair they way we are all treated. So whatch this space I've had it.
Sorry for sounding harsh here.

I'm sorry you don't like my reply but it is the only one I can give you!
I have no idea what is going on with your claim and I would not even guess at it, the only people who can tell you are Capita or the DWP.
I understand that you don't want to contact either of these, but that's the Catch 22 that you have placed yourself in and it is not one that we can help you get out of.

I plucked up the courage to phone the DWP and I was told they have made a decision on the 9th of November. The chap was very pleasant and told me everything a mdhad been awarded (Ongoing) high rates on both and a touch review in 10 Years.
I can't believe it till I get the award letter in my hand,I'm serious shock? he did say it could take up to 10 days to arrive as posted 2nd clas.
I can't quite believe what I heard from him over the phone from the PIP helpline?
I will give a complete update when I have the papers.
I want to thank each and everyone for your support their is some justice after all, just keep fighting.
