Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Sasha
It's been a gruelling experience for you, lets hope that when you come up for a review it will be less of an ordeal. You can now sit back and relax and pass on your experience to other forum members.

The only experience I have to pass on, especially if you have mental health problems and are isolated from a support system - don't second guess it, get a solicitor from the start.

Sasha
There is no need for you to make a donation, your subscription pays for access to the guides and other resources.
If you are determined then I for one would ask you to make a donation to a favourite charity.

My ESA has stopped for some reason.
Should I get the same ESA on enhanced daily living and standard rate mobility as I got on enhanced for both?

Hi Sasha
If your ESA has stopped you need to get in touch with the DWP. It might just be slow banking, a clerical error, a computer glitch or some other reason, but the only way you will find out is by speaking to them.
