Uc50 form was created by Ade
I filled my UC50 form and sent it off on the 7th November 2019. I should have had my assessment in March 2020 and of course it was cancelled. I've tried numerous occasions when will my assessment be but they can't say. Is there anybody waiting also for that long? Will they backdate my claim?

Hi John
November 2019 is a ridiculously long time even in these difficult circumstances. I would phone up regularly to find out what is happening and just to make sure you have not been forgotten. This is the longest I have heard from. Yes, any payments due should be backdated.

Thank you for your reply. Could I ask what number to ring as I rang 0800 169 0310 and was told Universal credit lines wasn't taking calls and to write on your journal any questions. So I don't know what or who to ring.

Hi John
UC has a helpline: 0800 328 9344 / 5646 / 5644
As BIS has stated you usually raise any concerns via your Journal, if no joy try and get your MP involved.
