Just to update others I just received my HP assessment report and throughout it, it refers to my last F2F, even though I lodged a complaint about it at the time. So they do look at previous awards even though it's a 'new claim' I had enclosed my tribunal award papers so she did refer to them too. It looks like I have got an award but I think if I haven't sent my tribunal papers it would have been a different outcome.
I received all my award history with my tribunal papers last time so I sent this and the scoring from the tribunal as evidence for my recent application and if the decision maker follows the HP report it looks like I have been successful this time.
