Hi, IMHO you have sound cause for complaint that the report cannot be relied upon, as if it has not been uploaded to DWP there is no proof that it has been written. If it has not been written within 48 hours the assessor's memory cannot necessarily be accurate.
best wishes,
Denby

Hi Manic_Minotaur

If you still haven't had your report - I too would be questioning if it's been written. One member had a similar problem earlier this year and successfully argued that the report produced could not be relied upon because it had been written so far after their assessment and in their view there were so many inaccurate details their report had been muddled with other assessments. As I say - they were successful in their complaint. They received compensation (but they did have to have another assessment).

My PIP assessment was the first on a Monday morning and the report was not uploaded until just before 5 pm on the Thursday afterwards. I also argued that the Assessor had misremembered facts due to the delay. My award was increased at MR but I didn't get any compensation but then didn't have to be reassessed.
