Another phone call off the PIP case manager today, said the assessment had actualy put me onto a lower award, but the paper based award would definately still stand. Seems funny how two people can look at plenty of medical evidence plus a GP letter & come to different decisisions. And my assessment was only twenty four minutes long.

Thank you Peter for sharing this. It just does highlight clearly how inconsistent the DWP is, which is bad news for everyone, not least the taxpayers as they/we are footing the bill for all the appeal court costs which should never have been needed in the majority of cases....
