hello thank you for your advice i have checked hcp boxes it would seem i have 8pts mobility, and 8pts, for the help i need. just have to wait a few weeks to see if dwp adjudicator agrees.. thank you again for advice. and thank you Catherine, Denby, Hazelyoung, Gary, for your help and support.

Dear magpiejoe08, have you actually taken the advice to write in now straight away? You don't have to wait to see if the decision maker agrees with the HCP, you can write in if you disagree with any of the likely points scores in the PA4 report. It really is worth doing.

i have highlighted some hcp remarks, luckily for me i only had the the two descriptors which were walking and help with certain tasks, which seem to say what i told her, concern was the driving. to my newsagents which i use 4times a week is .5ml we'll say half a mile which equates to 2ml a week, i think these may be valid points it is much easier to get into and out of a car than it is a bath, which i do not have anyway, this is common sense to people like you and me, but to dwp adjudicators????? thanks again.

in the past, i have had a 2 year award with an unlikely to improve statement, by the hcp, this time it is 3 years with an unlikely to improve statement. but still awaiting dwp decision
