Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Jatt
You can get a SDP if you are in receipt of AA providing you are entitled to PCG. I come many elderly claimants who live on their own in receipt of AA and do not claim PCG.
If you live on your own and no one claims CA against your AA claim then you may be eligible to claim PCG as you would be entitled to a SDP.

Hi Jatt
I cannot answer your question as I do not know your circumstances. Remember that SDP is paid with a means tested benefit such as IR ESA or PCG.
You need to contact your local Welfare Rights Organisation, they will be able to take all your circumstances into consideration to give you accurate advice. You can find your local Welfare Rights Organisation to help you with advice by clicking on the link below and putting in your post code, it will then come up with a MAP with a list of agencies. advicelocal.uk

Thank you Gary
Final question
If someone gets AA and then PCG and SDP can you also get SDP added on to your ESA and PIP ? Or can only 1 of the people get it?

Can't see my last message, not sure if I deleted it by accident. I have been having internet problems also so not sure if that has anything to do with it.
