PIP telephoning me. Please help

Hello again
Capita sent me a text about the call first, two days after the text I received the letter from Capita. On the part about the audio recording telling me I can have our consultation recorded. It says, " After your appointment you will receive a link to your recording. If you would rather have a CD copy of your recording, then this can be requested by calling the department of communities"
I am not used to Northern Ireland to be honest as I only moved here from Birmingham in 2014.
I am surprised things seem different to other parts of the uk

I almost copied and pasted this letter about the audio recording. But I am not sure if I am allowed too.
Let me know if I am allowed to do this. It may be helpful

I do not know anything about benefit rules. This is my first time claiming.

Thank you Gary,
I do get the news letter and find it helpful.
I was supposed to get my PIP call this morning, they rang me Friday and cancelled it.
They have rearranged the appointment for next Tuesday.
I have no idea why they cancelled, but in a way I am happy because the new appointment is later in the morning.
